Booklet on Laws Prohibiting Holocaust Denial and Antisemitism

Sunday, 19 January, 2014

As distinctive  legislation against Antisemitism and Holocaust Denial is the exception in the corpus of laws and conventions against  discrimination  and/or racism of most countries and often considered as controversial, the Kantor Center decided to publish the booklet "Legislating against Antisemitism and Holocaust denial" as an updated  reference for researchers and decision makers.

Source material appeared in the following volumes edited by Kantor Center: Legislating for Equality, a Multinational Collection of Non‐Discrimination Norms, Vol. I: Europe (2012), Vol. II: Americas (2013) (Netherlands, Martinus Nijhoff Publishers).
