Legislating for Equality Series

The Kantor Center engages in worldwide comparative legal research in areas relevant to European Jewry.

These areas include the promotion of minority rights, equality and non-discrimination, prohibition of Antisemitism, racism, xenophobia; including hate crimes, hate speech, and Holocaust denial.

The Center has completed three volumes of the publication "Legislating for Equality" a Multinational Collection of Non-Discrimination Norms."

 "Volume I: Europe" was published in July 2012 in the Netherlands by the Brill Publishing House, under the imprint of Martinus Nijhoff Publishers.

 

















 



The second volume entitled "Volume II: Americas" was published in 2013. 




















The third volume of the series, Volume III: Africa, was published in 2016. 

 



















The Center is now in the midst of research on the final volume of the series, Volume IV: Asia and Oceania which is planned for 2017.
