In December 2019, the Kantor Center researchers completed the final volume on Asia and Oceania, part of a four-volume series, with chapters on all 195 U.N. Member States' legislation (constitutional provisions, penal codes and laws) on non-discrimination and promotion of equality.

Analysis: Criticism of IHRA
The following is an analysis by the Kantor Center team of the 2016 Working Definition of antisemitism as adopted by the IHRA, including: the criticism and response to the IHRA document, its different employment, and policy recommendations for its effective use.
A project mapping out all the adoptions of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism was conducted by the Kantor Center team, with the assistance of Dalit Amir, Rony Belotserkovsky, Avraham Levine and Avital Lifshitz from Haifa University.
